MOBILE APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY
We present the privacy policy for users of the TamTu mobile application. When we say ‘users’ in the content below, we mean people who have installed the mobile application on a mobile device.
(1) An anonymous mobile application identifier (created at the time of registration of the mobile application on the TamTu website) is stored on the mobile device until the mobile application is removed from the mobile device.
(2) The anonymous mobile application identifier and the information provided by the operating systems of the mobile device (make, model, hardware identifier of the mobile device) are sent to TamTu when the device is activated in the mobile application and to verify the authenticity of the mobile application. The mobile application communicates with TamTu using encryption mechanisms.
(3) The mobile application can access the following permissions on the mobile device, among others:
- technical data of the device, including IMEI number - internal memory, - microphone, - location, - contacts, - camera.
(4) The IMEI number of the device is stored to prevent the game from running on multiple devices at once.
5. TamTu needs the following data to function:
(a) Nickname (b) email address (c) profile picture (optional) (d) access to the location of the mobile device (e) access to bluetooth to find NFC, BLE devices in the immediate area for game challenges in order to, among other things:
- to enable participation in games (geolocation of questions and devices), - to tailor certain products and services to users' needs, - to improve our products and services, - to provide task addresses,- to perform tasks, - to scan QR codes, - to perform micropayments.
6 TamTu processes the above data in order to implement the field games, the e-guide service via a mobile device.
We use the nickname (in services connected by login such as FACEBOOK, GOOGLE or APPLE this can be NAME and SIGNATURE) for: a) identifying the user in the list of participants, displaying his/her ranking position and internal communication.
We use the email address for: a) communication b) to uniquely identify the user during the application. Only one user can be assigned to each email address.
We use the profile photo, either downloaded from the associated login service or uploaded by the user, for: a) graphical presentation of the player in the ranking list We use the location access for: a) the basic operation of the TamTu application, i.e. according to the established scenario of the game or guide, checking the position using the user's GPS, verifying its correctness and navigating to the destination.
Bluetooth, BLE, mobile device camera, NFC access is used to: a) execute a game or guide scenario requiring a proximity check of the environment with the devices assumed. Access to bluetooth, BLE, mobile device camera, NFC is used to: a) complete a game scenario or guide that requires checking the environment for proximity to devices assumed in the game scenario or guide. The camera is used to implement a special type of puzzle.
(7) All the permissions (functions and information of the mobile device) that users grant to the mobile application are visible in the settings panel of their mobile device. These settings can be managed in the settings panel. The permissions of the mobile application can be revoked by changing the settings on the mobile device or by uninstalling the mobile application.
(8) The mobile application collects personal data and user activity information, which is used to provide electronic entertainment services and to tailor marketing content to the user's interests and needs based on the marketing consents provided by the user. Personal data is information by which we can identify our user.
Our mobile application also uses mobile ad identifiers (Google Advertising ID and Apple IDFA) and other information according to the settings of your device's operating system, e.g. technical data or geographical coordinates. These are used for the proper operation of the app and the profiling of marketing content. You can deactivate the use of identifiers as well as other information in the settings of your device - Android - Apple

10. by installing the mobile application, the user simultaneously accepts the content of this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, please do not agree to install or uninstall the mobile application.
